I created this bar for self-care, relaxation, and healing. I wanted a sweet and calming blend, and this bar contains honey, oats, willow extract, and powdered Chaga mushrooms as core ingredients.
Why mushrooms in soap?! The Chaga mushroom is known as an antioxidant and can improve your skin's elasticity and natural glow, which helps reduce the appearance of aging. The bar also contains Willow bark extract which helps calm skin and clear pores. We shear the top layer of bark in the Spring from fallen branches and soak in olive oil for months to get the maximum properties out of the bark. Willow bark contains salicin- from which salicylic acid is derived. Local honey added to help speed skin cells' healing process, and powdered oat bran gives this bar super fine exfoliation. * I scented this soap with essential oil of Lavender and topped it off with cornflowers.
Level-Up makes soap with saponified oils of organic coconut, olive, and castor oil. Each bar is homemade with real ingredients that are beneficial for your body and skin. You will receive a bar that is shipped in recycled Kraft paper that is easily recyclable or an organic muslin bag.
