Ayurveda: Living in Harmony with Your Nature

Ayurveda, often translated as the "science of life," is a traditional system of wellness rooted in the understanding that each of us has a unique constitution and relationship with the natural world.

Through personalized guidance, we'll explore nourishment, daily routines, lifestyle patterns, and seasonal practices that support balance and well-being.

My approach is grounded in traditional Ayurvedic principles while making them accessible and practical for modern life.

A Holistic Approach to Everyday Living

Ayurveda recognizes that our well-being is influenced by what we eat, how we move, the quality of our rest, our daily habits, and the environments in which we live.

Central to this tradition are the five elements—earth, water, fire, air, and space—and the three doshas: Vata, Pitta, and Kapha.

Rather than approaching wellness as one-size-fits-all, Ayurveda encourages us to understand our individual tendencies and respond to the changing needs of our bodies, minds, and seasons.

Small, consistent shifts in daily life can create opportunities for greater awareness, steadiness, and connection.

Work With Me

1:1 Ayurvedic Consultation (90 Minutes)
$225.00

A personalized deep dive into your unique constitution and current imbalances through the lens of classical Ayurveda.

In this session, we explore digestion, energy, stress patterns, sleep, and the subtle dynamics of the mind. Rather than chasing symptoms, we look at root causes and create practical, sustainable shifts to restore balance.

You’ll receive clear insight into your dominant dosha(s), what may be out of alignment, and personalized guidance for food, daily rhythm, herbs (if appropriate), and nervous system support.

Come curious. Leave with clarity and a grounded plan forward.

1:1 Ayurvedic Follow-Up (30 Minutes)
$60.00

This 30-minute follow-up session is for returning Ayurvedic clients who would like continued support after their initial consultation.

Together, we’ll check in on how you’ve been feeling, review what has been working, and talk through any challenges or changes that have come up since your last session. We can adjust your recommendations as needed so your plan continues to feel realistic, supportive, and aligned with your current needs.

Your follow-up may include:

  • Reviewing your current Ayurvedic plan

  • Adjusting daily routines and lifestyle practices

  • Support around digestion, sleep, energy, stress, and seasonal changes

  • Refining food and meal recommendations

  • Revisiting supportive herbs and traditional Ayurvedic practices when appropriate

  • Yoga, breathwork, mindfulness, or nervous-system practices

  • Creating a manageable focus for your next few weeks

Ayurveda is not about changing everything at once. These sessions give us space to work with your plan over time and make thoughtful adjustments as your life, season, and needs change.

Available to existing Ayurvedic clients who have completed an initial consultation.

Personalized Ayurvedic Coaching (3 Months)
$450.00

Knowing what to change is often much easier than figuring out how to make those changes part of everyday life.

This three-month coaching experience is designed for clients who want more support integrating Ayurveda beyond their initial consultation.

Rather than trying to completely change your routine at once, we’ll work together gradually — focusing on the practices that feel most supportive and realistic for you, seeing how your body responds, and adjusting your plan along the way.

Your three-month coaching experience includes:

  • One 60-minute coaching session to establish your priorities and next steps

  • Three 30-minute follow-up sessions over three months

  • Continued refinement of your personalized Ayurvedic plan

  • Guidance around food, digestion, sleep, daily rhythms, stress, and seasonal wellness

  • Personalized yoga, breathwork, mindfulness, and nervous-system practices when appropriate

  • Support incorporating herbs and traditional Ayurvedic practices within the scope of wellness coaching

  • Between-session email support for questions related to your plan

Our work will focus on creating sustainable changes rather than perfection. Your recommendations may evolve throughout the three months as we learn what is working for you and what needs to be adjusted.

This may be a good fit if you:

  • Understand your Ayurvedic recommendations but want help putting them into practice

  • Want accountability without an overly rigid wellness program

  • Are working on patterns involving digestion, sleep, energy, stress, or daily routine

  • Want support adapting your practices as seasons and circumstances change

  • Prefer a personalized approach rather than a one-size-fits-all wellness plan

3 months | $450

This program is available to clients who have completed an initial Ayurvedic consultation. New clients should begin with the 90-minute 1:1 Ayurvedic Consultation.

What to Expect

Our work begins with a conversation about you.

Before your initial consultation, you'll complete an intake questionnaire exploring your current routines, wellness history, lifestyle, and personal goals.

During our time together, we'll look at your unique constitution and current patterns through an Ayurvedic lens. We may discuss digestion, nourishment, sleep, movement, stress, emotional well-being, and the influence of daily and seasonal rhythms.

Following your consultation, you'll receive a personalized wellness plan that may include:

  • Nourishing food and meal suggestions

  • Daily and seasonal routines

  • Breathwork, meditation, or gentle yoga practices

  • Rest and self-care recommendations

  • Herbal education when appropriate

The goal isn't to overhaul your life overnight. It's to identify thoughtful, manageable practices that support you where you are.
